Terms of Service

Lockboxy is a private vault app that runs entirely on your device (offline-first), disguised as a fully working calculator. The app requires no account and has no backend server of our own storing your vault content.

All vault content is encrypted with a key derived from a passcode you set yourself. We never store it, never receive it, and have no way to recover your passcode or your encrypted data.

• If you forget your passcode and have not set up a Recovery Key in advance, the data in your vault cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
• If you uninstall the app without backing up, all vault content is permanently lost.
• Premium users should generate a Recovery Key in advance and/or enable encrypted backup to reduce this risk. You are solely responsible for remembering your passcode and backing up your data.

Lockboxy Premium is offered as Monthly and Yearly (auto-renewing) plans, and a Lifetime plan (one-time purchase, non-renewing). Listed prices in Vietnam are Monthly ₫49,000, Yearly ₫299,000 (with a 3-day free trial), and Lifetime ₫599,000; prices may vary by region and are always shown accurately in the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Monthly/Yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You manage or cancel your subscription directly in Settings → Apple ID/Google Play → Subscriptions on your device — we cannot cancel it on your behalf.
• Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds follow those platforms' policies.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.

You agree not to use Lockboxy to store unlawful content, or to infringe on the privacy or legal rights of others (for example, only storing contact information you're entitled to keep).

Parts of the service rely on third-party infrastructure — Apple/Google (payments, distribution), Firebase (anonymous analytics), RevenueCat (subscription management) — each governed by its own terms and policies, referenced in our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided “as is”, with no warranty that it will be error-free or always available. We are not responsible for data loss caused by a forgotten passcode, uninstallation, device damage, or causes beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
